How long? Thats's poor!
20th August since my last ramble. That's crap isn't it really?
Mind you, it has been busy. The football season has started, so that takes up a lot of time, shooting, processing and publishing.
Went to Alton Towers for a few days too, that was fun. Me and the boys. Got a little cottage by the main entrance. Great stuff.
What else? Oh yeah, bought a new camera. Canon 1DMKIII. Holy pants that is some kind of tool. The features and functions are just incredible. Shot about 3 matches with it. Looks and feels superb. Also gave me the gateway to join the Canon Professional Network. Own dedicated hotline, techy blokes to talk to, loan gear when mine's in the 'shop. Lovely.
Also started my college course last month. City and Guilds 7511 Photography. That might seem funny, me doing photography, but it's not really. I can drive a camera with my eyes shut (or at least with it stuck to my eye, lol). But sometimes you need a creative boost. 'Seeing' the image, lighting an image, composition. The football stuff has been really great for that. Like most people, I learn better by doing rather than just reading about it. So I'm getting out there with a camera and challenging myself. And doing my college homework too!
Shoreham FC are doing OK. Had a blinding start, a little early wobble, but now it's 5 wins out of 5. The team really start to be gelling together. DJ is an inspiring captain. Works his socks of on the pitch. The new signings are really kickin' too. Ryan, Richard, Nick, Wayne. I've got a good feeling about this. Away to Bedfont in the FA Vase this Saturday. C'mon you Mussels! I shall be there of course, snapping away like a good 'un. Count on it.
Now planning our Big Holiday of 2009! Orlando! 2 weeks of sun and rollercoasters. Fantastic. The mid-October we are gone! The boys are really looking forward to it. Swimming with dolphins is going to be the highlight I suspect.
So there we are. A quick catch up. Laters!

Get in! Gotta love Burnley.
Not only did Torres pop 2 in last night to beat Stoke 4-0, but the dirty Mancs lost to Burnley 1-0! A fine day. The Burnley boys at Turfmoor can be proud of that, and dine out it for the whole season I reckon.
I haven't seen the match report yet, but I expect Fergie will have some bullshit excuse as to why they lost. Wrong shirts? Crap ref? Leaves on the line? YOU WERE JUST CRAP FERGIE, GET OVER IT! (Ooh that feels better now, sorry!).
Shoreham got a great win on Tuesday night, a fruity game with an edge to it. Lee Denyer scored a stonker in the second half, only for Arundel to pull it back. Ryan Bradley then scored with 2 minutes to go an steal the win! Home to Eastbourne UA on Saturday. Should be good!
In other news, more weight gone, so on target for my hols! Can't wait to go.

Well, an away win for openers in the football for Shoreham. Our new boy Ryan Bradley hit a hat-trick! Impressive stuff!
A3-3 draw against Selsey mid week, so lots of goals all over the place!
Away to Croydon in the FA Cup this weekend, let's see how we go!

RIP Sir Bobby Robson
Sad news yesterday about Sir Bobby. Whenever you saw him on the telly, heard him on the radio etc, you could tell he was having a great time and enjoying himself. A real character who will be missed. RIP Bobby.

What news Captain?
The summer came, and went again. But let's be upbeat! The holidays are coming so it's bound to rain/shine/who knows??
Anybody got to the Beach Dreams Festival at Shoreham Beach Green this year? Had a cracking day. Some great bands on. Particularly liked Gunshot Straight and Burning Organ (although that might be because I know them!). When I get my lazy arse in gear there'll be some images on my website. Take a look.
The footy season is nearly back again thank God. Can't stand cricket.
In other news, I've lost over 13kg (2 stone) in weight since April 24th, and still on course to make my target (109kg (17 stone) – we're not all slimjims y'know!) for Oct 10th, which is the weekend before Orlando!
It's all good!

God where's the time gone?
I realised yesterday that I haven't posted on the blog for ages!
That's piss poor really. I seem to have got wrapped in in holiday planning (Orlando in October). And a quick break to Alton Towers in July. Thorpe Park tomorrow. Trying to make most use of or Annual Passes. My kids are rollercoaster crazy!
So Jensen is running away with it at the moment! Unbelievable isn't it? Where is it all going to end? Lets hope with another British World Champion! Mind you, God only knows what's going to happen with F1 with the current goings on! It's the British Grand Prix this weekend, so make sure you get the telly on and get behind Jensen! The weather forecast is good, so why not get the BBQ on? I know we are. Try some halluomi cheese for a change. Cut it into cubes, skewer it or pop it on a bit of tin foil and bang it on the BBQ. It doesn't melt, it cooks up lovely. Mmmmm...
And the footy season is drawing every closer again. Thank God for that. Cricket has got to be the most boring sport in the world.
Anywaydedicated and crazy followers, see yers later!

The power of the mobile
Well this is a quick sort of check message really Found out I can update the blog from my pocket pc. Wonders will never cease. So I found out today there are 1500 links to my website www.mikedinsdale.co.uk by using a site called www.submitexpress.com. Really clever stuff.
Oh well there you are. Somebody loves me!
